Who We Are
Liberty Bishop (Deutschland) SL is registered within Germany as a temporary employer holding a AüG labour leasing licence to hire and employ temporary labour while handling all tax and Social Contributions obligations locally. We provide contract workers with an employed engagement service that is headache-free and fully compliant.
Registration & Ongoing Compliance
» We register the individual as an employee of Liberty Bishop (Deutschland) SL.
» We assist the individual in obtaining their German Tax ID.
» We register each individual within the German Social security system for pension, healthcare, nursing and unemployment.
» We operate with the IGZ Wage tariff system as members of the GVB.
» Collaborate with the supply chain to arrange all contractual elements inline with German labour law.
» Run payroll to handle all deductions of German tax and social security contributions.
» As an employer we cover all professional insurances for our employee (PI, PL and EL).
